Pursuant to Title 14, California Code of Regulations (14CCR), Division 7, Chapter 3.0, Article 6.0, Section 17403.5, Emergency Transfer/ Processing Operations shall comply with Enforcement Agency Notification requirements as set forth in 14CCR, Division 7, Chapter 5.0, Article 3.0. The processing of an Enforcement Agency Notification is a ministerial action by the LEA, and therefore, is statutorily exempt from State CEQA Guidelines pursuant to Section 15268.
