Document Description

The project proposes to make sidewalk improvements along with associated improvements to curbs, curb ramps, gutters, driveways, and pavements to the existing pedestrian system with the community of Del Rey. These improvements would not adversely affect biological, cultural, or historical resources. The project's scope of work involves improvements to existing systems with negligible expansion of use and therefore is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines under Section 15301(c).
