Document Description
The California Department of Transportation, using state funding, is proposing to grade and repave the intersection of State Route 96 and Happy Camp Dump Road at PM 39.53. The County of Siskiyou has reported that water has been flooding and pooling, causing the shared roadway to deteriorate. Potholes and cracking have occurred. New grading and paving will improve the drainage. Paving will not extend beyond current footprint.
