The San Bernardino County Flood Control
District (District) is proposing to grant to the City of Fontana an
easement of a portion of parcel APN 0228-091-42 for a pedestrian
bridge easement for the benefit of a future planned development. The
future planned development is part of the West Gate Specific Plan for
which an EIR was prepared and adopted by the City of Fontana and
was found to adequately address the project by District staff.
