THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE PARTIAL DEMOLITION, AND INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR REMODEL OF THE EXISTING HISTORIC DWELLING; AND THE ADDITION OF 1,335 SQUARE FEET IN ADDEDFLOOR AREA, AND 417 SQUARE FEET IN COVERED PATIOS AND BALCONIES TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE.
THE ADDITION WILL NOT RESULT IN MORE THAN 2,500SQUARE FEET AND ALL THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION WORK WILL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE SECRETARY OF INTERIOR STANDARDS FOR THE TREATMENT OF HISTORIC PROPERTIES.THE PROPOSED WORK WILL NOT RESULT IN A SUBSTANTIAL ADVERSE CHANGE IN THESIGNIFICANCE OF THE HISTORIC RESOURCE.
