Document Description
San Joaquin Field Division plans to grade the road between the Wheeler Ridge discharge line west side access road and the secondary aqueduct access road. This graveled road is less than 1,000feet long. Road width is around 12feet wide, but widens at the top of the hill to form a large area to turn around before hitting the secondary aqueduct access road. To do this work, a motor grader will be used to grade the road. Equipment staging will take place at the Wheeler Ridge pumping plant. All work will take place within the DWR right of way. This work is estimated to take one day to complete. This work is necessary to maintain the access roads. Access roads are needed to safely reach important infrastructure.
