Adjacent access road will be trenched to remove an existing corrugated metal pipe culvert. A new 8” diameter culvert will be placed into the trench and then backfilled to completely encase the pipe. Spoils will be hauled offsite to a proper disposal location. Staging and access will be along existing roadways and turnouts. All work will be within DWR right-of-way.
