This action is consistent with Section 15301 Class 1, Existing Facilities, as the subject site contain two (2) single-family dwellings and Bakker Dairy. The intent of the project is to separate the residential portions of the property from the agricultural portion. The project will not result in significant impacts and will not require additional public services. Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15301 is applicable and appropriate for this project.
