Document Description
The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works (County) proposes to apply micro-surfacing to multiple County maintained roads. Approximately 37.9 miles of roadway will receive micro-surfacing treatment including the following roadways: Price Canyon Road, Orcutt Road, Biddle Ranch Road, O’Connor Way, Ontario Road, San Marcos Road, Cross Canyon Road, Estrella Road, Erhart Road, Calle Crotalo, Cave Landing Road, Hansen Lane, See Canyon Road, Sequoia Drive, Shell Beach Road, Tiburon Way, and Ormonde Road. The objective of this project is to improve the condition of these roads, maintain a smooth riding surface, and ensure safe access for motorists. Work will include traffic control, removal of existing pavement markings, application of micro-surfacing, and restriping.

During review of the project, no exceptions as described in section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines, were determined to be applicable to the project.
