The project consists of leasing within an existing building complex located at 3705 Seaport Boulevard, Suite 104, West Sacramento, CA 95691. The lease is necessary to accommodate five personnel with the potential for expansion to support department growth, to provide additional warehouse storage for personal protective equipment (PPE), wildland fire suppression equipment, and other fire fighter supplies. Approximately 2,628 sf of office and 15,402 sf of storage area (18,030 sf total) will be leased. Tenant improvements will include adding electrical charging stations, widening of a walkway, and minor interior office improvements.
