On December 7th, 2020, the California Transportation Commission (CTC) approved Resolution NIU-23-01, Notice of Intent to Rescind Route 152 between Santa Fe Grade Rd. and the Merced/Madera county line. We are requesting your input on the proposed rescission and are requesting any additional information that might be helpful to the CTC in making this route rescission decision. Attached are: CTC Notice of Intent to Consider Rescinding Freeway Adoption 10-MER-152 PM 23.9/R40.9 Resolution NIU 23-01, Merced County Local Alternative Transportation Improvement Program List of Projects, and the Caltrans SR 152 Rescission Evaluation Report Los Banos Area, SR 152 Excess Parcels
