Document Description
The project consists of the renewal and amendment of existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP), Development Plan Review (DPR), Extended Hours Permit (EHP) approvals associated with the operation of hotel restaurant uses and rooftop uses, enlargement of existing ground floor restaurant area, and re-purposing of existing rooftop structures for restaurant kitchen facilities with rooftop outdoor dining and bar area. The Project site is developed with an existing 119-room hotel that was built in 1976. The Planning Commission approved the Project and associated CUP, DPR, and EHP entitlements on December 14, 2023.
