Notice of Determination for Final Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration The Tiger Creek Regulator Dam is a part of PG&E’s Mokelumne River Hydroelectric Project (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Project 137). The Project consists of a new spillway intake (crest structure), notch through the existing dam, new concrete chute, new flip bucket splitter blocks, and new plunge pool. Other associated features include a permanent access road, a temporary access road, cofferdams, new log boom and anchor blocks, lighting on the dam, and abandonment of the existing spillway. The Project is in Amador County approximately 24 miles from Jackson, CA.
