Document Description
Amendments to the City's Title's 5 and 21 of the LBMC related to sidewalk vending regulations for the City in accordance with State law. Title 21 amendments update the use table for Park zones and reference Title 5 regulations and eliminate outdated vending cart restrictions in public parks. The project consist of municipal code amendment related to sidewalk vending regulations in accordance with State law, which will allow for the continued use of existing park and each facilities (15301), with minor alterations to land and land use limitations through the legalization of temporary sidewalk vending uses (15304 and 15305). The project is also exempt pursuant to CEQA Section 15308, which exempts actions by regulatory agencies for protection of natural resources.
