Document Description
As part of the Dana Point Harbor Revitalization Project (“DPHR Project”), Dana Point Harbor Partners, LLC proposes to construct onsite improvements in Dana Point Harbor in the City of Dana Point (City), as considered in the Dana Point Harbor Revitalization Project Program EIR No. 591 Vol. 1 (SCH No. 2003101142). The County of Orange is Lead Agency under CEQA for environmental review of the DPHR Project. South Coast Water District (the “District”) provides water and wastewater utility services to the City, including the Dana Point Harbor area where the DPHR Project onsite improvements would be located. Offsite facility Improvements proposed by the District for the DPHR Project include: • Replacement of 540 linear feet of 8-inch with 12-inch pipe in Dana Marina Plaza • Construction of Pressure Reducing Station & 1430 linear feet of 12-inch pipe in Golden Lantern. • Replacement of Pressure Reducing Station 390/371 near intersection of Dana Point Harbor Drive and Pacific Coast Highway. • Installation of 240 linear feet of new 12-inch pipe in Dana Point Harbor Drive.
