Originally approved in 1991, the Pacific Indio Properties Mixed Use Development is a 241-acre commercial, hotel/motel, industrial, office and residential master planned project. As you are aware, Rothbart Development has recently proposed the development of a commercial center on approximately 14 acres located within the larger Pacific Indio site, Therefore the project is consistent with the applicable general plan designation.
