The project complies with all applicable zoning code standards pertaining to allowable floor area, setbacks and building height. Existing access would be enhanced through provision of a new semi-circular driveway. Grading is proposed to create a partially subterranean lower level of the home, but no protected trees would be affected while the immediate street system is characterized by low traffic volumes and would not be adversely impacted by temporary construction-related traffic.
