Document Description
The project proposes that the California Franchise Tax Board make electrical upgrades to two rooms and make ADA improvements to the nearby restroom at Building 1- Los Angeles Building, 9636 Butterfield Way. Work includes replacing all electrical and electronic communication equipment associated with the high speed printers as they have outlived there usefulness in an approx 7,094 square foot area. Additional work will make adjustments to the existing restroom accessories to make them ADA code compliant, repairing various ceiling tiles due to disrepair, install new drinking fountain, install new HVAC unit and associated mechanical equipment, and demolish and reinstall duct work as needed.
