Document Description
The purpose of this project is to enhance oak woodland resiliency and function for wildlife and pollinators, with co-benefits of improved hydrologic function and soil health, among other positive agroecological outcomes, on approximately 11 acres. Activities will include hand cutting and piling of invasive plant species and small diameter trees and shrubs, removal of fencing, and establishing hedgerows to support pollinators, birds, and vertebrates with additional foraging resources, cover, and nesting sites.
