Document Description
The project is limited to the earthwork preparation for construction of an access road and the installation of two 12-inch culverts in unnamed tributaries to McKinney Creek used for a cannabis cultivation. Energy dissipating rock slope protection (RSP) will be placed at the inlets and outlets of each culvert where necessary to reduce the potential for erosion. All in-stream construction activities will occur while the existing tributaries are dry.
