Document Description
The Project consists of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) associated with a 1,200 square foot (SF) addition to an existing hotel villa. The proposed addition would enclose a patio in one existing hotel villa to allow for an interior reconfiguration and the addition of one bedroom. The Project site is developed with an existing 194-room hotel that was built in 1991 The Planning Commission approved the Project and associated CUP on December 14, 2023.
