Document Description
The proposed Project would include site preparation consisting of demolition, soil remediation, repairs, and grading by the Harbor Department followed by construction to redevelop the 4.75-acre site with a state-of-the-art boatyard including docks, gangways, slips, scissor lifts, sanding systems, and a 400-ton travel lift operating to service vessels such as tugboats, commercial fishing boats, recreational vessels, and ferries and commercial sales of vessel supplies. The Proposed Project would be operated for up to 40 years.
