Document Description
The work consists of upgrading the HVAC mechanical equipment and roof maintenance (re-roofing) in Buildings 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 800, 1100, and the Administration Building at the school. The existing rooftop air conditioning units and several ground-level units and mini-splits also would be removed. New rooftop and mini-split units would be installed in these buildings along with structural roof upgrades and re-roofing as needed to support the new rooftop units.
