Document Description
The project will rehabilitate the DMA second and third floor locker rooms, and mechanical equipment on the roof located at the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant. This building suffers major pluming issues, broken and exposed sewer lines, nonoperational showers, nonoperational exhaust fans, damaged air ducts, and corroded doors and lockers. The work includes , cleaning, re-piping, rehabilitation of the locker rooms & showers, update flooring, replacing electrical components, and replacing corroded equipment in the fan room.
