The project involved the installation of two new streetlights in an already developed area. The residents have requested the installation of new streetlights and have agreed to collaborate with the existing County Service Area Streetlight District to achieve this objective. The new streetlights will be powered by the existing subsurface utilities. Therefore, this project is categorically exempt from CEQA review requirements as per Section 15303(d) and will no significant impact on the environment.
