Document Description
The proposed project would use the existing asphalt parking lot and adjacent grass area for safe ground activities. One site design will deploy approximately 55 pallet homes and approximately 45 RV/travel trailers in the initial phase of operation, in which tents may serve as overflow options. An existing structure on the site will be used as a warming shelter, and will include sinks, showers, and restrooms. Electricity will initially be connected to the RV/travel trailer(s), not the guest pallet homes. The City anticipates collaboration with the local utility provider for assistance with the electrification of the pallet homes and travel trailers.
