The existing fuel lines will either be removed or abandoned in place. Excavations are anticipated to extend a maximum depth of 10 feet. Soil testing will be conducted prior to the replacement of the fuel lines to determine if any leaks occurred; any soil contamination will be remediated according to applicable regulatory requirements.
