Reasons for Exemption
The design of the two single-story buildings and site improvements are based on historic documentation, and design elements follow historic precedent found at Will Rogers SHP, such as the design of overall shape and form, fenestration, wood and concrete materials, overhang, roof eaves, windows, and doors.
