Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code Section 15301 (existing Facilities) because it involves utilizing an existing industrial building that is designed for distribution and transportation operation. the project would be on a fully- developed site with existing urban services and infrastructure. No grading, construction of new buildings, or addition of impervious surfaces would result. there is no reasonable possibility that the project will have a significant effect on the environment due to unusual circumstances (15300.2)
