CALFIRE is proposing to lease approximately a 17-acre parcel (215-0310-065-000) located in the McClellan Park in Sacramento County. Currently, CALFIRE leases several parcels within this park to support its air tanker operations. The parcel is adjacent to an existing leased building located at 5500 Price Avenue, McClellan, CA 95652.
The project site is located within a developed airpark on a parcel that has been disturbed and will be utilized for parking and equipment staging for the aviation unit and no construction or tenant improvements are necessary as the project is a ground lease.
