Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of approximately 5,000 linear feet of damaged six-inch diameter waterline pipe, as well as the ongoing diversion of waters of the state associated with pre-1914 water rights (Project). The Project comprises four activities: Activity 1 is limited to the diversion of waters of the state at an unnamed tributary to Slate Creek. The point of diversion (POD) is an existing weir that will gravity feed the waterline. The POD is located on private property that Permittee has an easement to access for maintenance and operation of the POD. Activity 2 is limited to the removal of burned trees within 50 linear feet of an unnamed tributary to Slate Creek to maintain a safe and accessible walking path to and from the POD. Activity 3 is limited to installing a new above-ground waterline over an unnamed, ephemeral tributary to Slate Creek. Activity 4 is limited to installing a new above-ground waterline over an unnamed, ephemeral tributary to Slate Creek.
