This project involves: 1) moving the point of diversion to a location where the Permittee has historically operated a point of diversion for their riparian water right; and 2) modifying and decreasing the acreage of the place of use to an area within the currently permitted place of use or adjacent to the current place of use that has historically been farmed. Overall, the proposed changes consist of the operation and permitting of existing private structures and facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond what currently exists under Permit 16315.
