Document Description
TLBWSD will transfer 5,000 a.f. of its 2023 State Water Project water to DRWD. Presently, TLBWSD landowner has a 2023 allocation of SWP water that it will not be able to use in 2023 and will not be able to carry over in SWP facilities into 2024. In order to prevent a loss of TLBWSD water, TLBWSD desires to deliver a portion of its unused water to DRWD. In return, TLBWSD landowner will have the opportunity to receive 3,750 a.f. of water in future years from DRWD. The transfer will be completed by December 31, 2023.
