Document Description
A landslide occurred winter 2022 at 2609 Chelsea Dr. Clogged storm drains washed out the downhill side of the roadway, resulting in a partial lane closure that now must be stabilized with a new retaining wall, and some erosion repair below the wall at a storm drain outlet occurring in a stream centerline for future mitigation purposes. All work is within the City ROW.
