Frontier Communications is proposing to install new broadband fiber optic cable within Caltrans' ROW along SR 395 in Lassen County. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (0221-0546) only for the aerial cable work occurring within Caltrans' right-of-way. All HOPE efforts will be co-located through a separate undertaking.
