Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes an emergency project to replace damaged electrical conduit and conductor wires that had caused an outage at Cabbage Patch Maintenance Station on State Route 4, at post mile 60.0, in Calaveras County. The project scope will sawcut asphalt concrete pavement, excavate, backfill trench, and place Hot Mix Asphalts over the excavated trench. The purpose of the project is to address the damaged power outage. The need of this project is to prevent and mitigate the loss or impairment of life, property, or essential public services.
