Reasons for Exemption
The project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15183 (Project Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan or Zoning) because the project is consistent with the development density and land use regulations established under the General Plan for which an EIR was certified (SCH #2021020064). The project is consistent with the General Plan and has no impacts beyond those disclosed in the General Plan EIR with application of applicable General Plan EIR mitigation measures and uniformly applied development standards. A section 15183 checklist was prepared and no additional environmental analysis is needed.
