Project consists of the minor alterations of existing public of private structures, included as “fencing and gates” in the Department of Parks and Recreation List of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR§15300.4; and the minor public or private alterations in the condition of land and/or vegetation, which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees. The project is exempt because it falls within the CE classes listed above. Proposed activities described above do not have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. A CEQA Project Evaluation Form for the project is on file at the Onyx Ranch State Vehicular Recreation Area resource’s office. No exception to the exemptions applies to this project.
