Document Description
Expanding the existing kitchen at Rolling Hills Middle School by removing the existing exterior walls, and reconstructing them at the edge of the existing building roof. This will increase the square footage of the kitchen area from 478 square feet, to 1,006 square feet. Construction of the project will include, but is not limited to, the following: structural modifications; electrical modifications; mechanical modifications; roof modifications; interior and exterior wall finishes; and kitchen equipment modifications. This project also includes path of travel accessibility upgrades, and minimal restroom accessibility upgrades.
