Declare the Ordinance for Code Amendment (ZCA19-005) to repeal and replace the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Long Beach (Title 20 of the Long Beach Municipal Code) in its entirety, Declare the Ordinance amending Sections 18.04.040(A)(3), 21.31.340(D), 21.31.340(G), 21.31.350(B), 21.31.350(E), and 21.42.050(C)(1) of the Long Beach Municipal Code and Adopt a Resolution directing the Director of Community Development to submit the Ordinance and all relevant supporting documentation to the California Coastal Commission for a finding of conformance with the Certified Local Coastal Program (LCPA 23-001).
