Document Description
This extension modifies the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement term from November 1, 2023 to November 1, 2025. The project is limited to the expansion of an existing pier located at 434 Fallen Leaf Road that serves the residences of WR Rogers Legacy, LLC, John Rich and Elizabeth Spurlock (770, 780, 790, & 791 Price Lane). The pier extension adds 23 ft of length to the existing pier so that all four parcels will have boating access to the pier.
