Document Description
This Amendment (SWPAO #13021-A) allows for additional 3 years for the delivery of the return water from San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency (SGPWA) to Crestline-Lake Arrowhead Water Agency (CLAWA) under exchange agreement SWPAO #13021, amongst the Department of Water Resources of the State of California (DWR), CLAWA and SGPWA.
The original Agreement, SWPAO #13021, executed on September 13, 2013, approved the delivery of up to 2,000 acre-feet of CLAWA’s approved 2013 Table A water, stored in San Luis Reservoir, to SGPWA through December 31, 2013. In exchange, SGPWA shall return 1,300 acre-feet of its future allocation of Table A water to CLAWA by December 31, 2023. SWPAO #13021-A amends SWPAO #13021 by extending the term to December 31, 2026.
