Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be carrying out a pavement rehabilitation project along Interstate 215 (I-215) from 0.2 mile north of Ramona Expressway to 0.35 mile south of Martin Luther King Blvd undercrossing in Riverside County. This project consists of repairing pavement, upgrading or repairing curb ramps, upgrading traffic management system items, upgrading guardrails and sign panels, rehabilitating lighting, and installing new worker safety elements and stormwater treatments. All project activities will occur within the Caltrans right of way. The purpose of the project is to improve the ride quality, safety, and service life of transportation facilities, and to protect water quality.
