The project is limited to drainage improvements, including the replacement of two (2) culverts and the Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining of three (3) culverts. The culvert work is part of a larger pavement rehabilitation roadway project on SR 28 from PM 0.0 to 11.0 involving replacing roadway, cold planning, upgrading guard rails and curb ramps, and incorporating bike lanes.
