Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes an emergency repair of a concrete median barrier and barrier mounted roadside sign on Interstate (I)-5, in San Joaquin County, at postmile 27.4 to 27.8. The scope of work includes, removing the remaining damaged concrete median barrier, placing new reinforcing bars, form and place concrete and replacing the damaged barrier mounted roadside sign. The purpose of this project is to address the damaged median barrier and roadside sign due to a vehicular collision. The project is needed to avoid failure or threat of failure to the transportation system.
