Major Use Permit (UP 23-07) to construct an 80' tall monopine (designed to look like a pine tree) cell tower, including fifteen (15) antennas, fifteen (15) radios, three (3) surge suppressors, three (3) antenna mounts, backup generator, fuel storage tank, battery backup system, and 35' by 35' lease area to house equipment needed to support the tower. The lease area will be enclosed by a 6' tall chain link fence.
