Main Street Parking Lot Project proposes to expand and improve an existing parking lot into the footprint where an old JC Penney building once stood. A box culvert would be replaced to protect the continued under-grounding of Porter Slough and the existing parking lot would be extended to cover the entire parcel to assist with downtown parking needs to support downtown civic and commercial uses.
