Document Description
This project will rehabilitate the damaged tennis court area at Marconi Conference Center State Historic Park to allow for future use of the courts. Crews will use heavy equipment and hand tools to: •Install erosion and sedimentation barriers prior to starting work, as required; •Remove and wash existing perimeter drainage rock; •Install a drainage textile to line the perimeter drain and reinstall the washed rock; •Demolish existing concrete court and base and set new forms; •Pour new, reinforced concrete slabs to prevent future erosion and cracking of the court; •Remove forms and install grout lines to match existing; and •Maintain the path from Buck Hall to the tennis court and add additional pathway material as needed.
