Owners are requesting a parcel map to split an existing 52.45 acres into two parcels. Proposed Parcel one will be 46.45 acres that currently has development on it which includes a house, shed, barn and no new uses are being proposed on this parcel. Proposed Parcel two will be 6 acres which is currently vacant land. If this project is approved proposed uses on resultant parcel 2 will be to develop it into a home site that will have a residence, garage, and barn.
