Document Description
This is a City of Selma storm drain improvement project. This Categorical Exemption covers the work to be done within the Caltrans right of way, which includes a direct jack and bore in the McCall Avenue alignment of the State Route 99 McCall Avenue overcrossing in Fresno County. The pipe will be a 60-inch rubber gasket reinforced concrete pipe and will run approximately 200 feet parallel with McCall Avenue. Jack and bore pits shall be placed on either side of the Caltrans right of way. No disturbance of Caltrans facilities is expected.
